Ask for a product review after they've had time to use it. Timed to product type — 7 days for consumables, 14 for durables.

"How's [product] working for you?" Direct link to the review platform (Yotpo, Stamped, Judge.me, or your platform's native review tool).
Step 2. Gentle reminder
+5 days if no review
One follow-up only. Small incentive optional (discount on next order for leaving a review). Then done.
