Data we process

We process information that you choose to provide:

• Consultation or contact requests: your email address, first and last name, whether you have an existing store, your selected country group, and, for a live store, the website URL.
• Email-guide signup: your email address and information identifying the guide and signup source.

When you visit the site, Cloudflare may process request and connection information needed to host, deliver, protect, and log the website, such as IP address, request headers, browser or device information, requested URL, and timestamps.

How we use data

• Review and respond to consultation and contact requests.
• Send the email guide you requested and manage that signup.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
• Remember your cookie choice and, if you accept, whether you already signed up for or dismissed the email-guide popup.
• Meet legal obligations and protect our rights.

Depending on the activity and your location, we rely on your request, steps taken before entering a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the site, or legal obligations.

Service providers and disclosures

• Kit: receives consultation and email-guide signup data to store the contact and support the requested communication.
• Cloudflare: hosts and delivers the website and may process security and operational logs.

We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

Our providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where data-protection law requires it, the relevant provider or WDNN uses an appropriate transfer mechanism and safeguards for that transfer.

Data retention

We keep consultation and contact information for as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, continue a relevant business relationship, and satisfy legal or record-keeping needs. Email-guide contact data is kept while it is needed to provide and manage that communication, unless you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, subject to any information we must retain for legal or suppression-list purposes.

Hosting and security data is retained according to the applicable provider settings and only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above. We may delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, request portability, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Cookies

The site stores a cookie named wdnn-cookie-consent to remember whether you accepted or rejected optional cookies. That choice lasts up to one year. Use cookie settings to review or change it.

If you accept, the site may also set wdnn-email-flows-subscribed after you request the email guide, and wdnn-exit-intent-dismissed-at for seven days after you close that popup without signing up. Those cookies only stop the popup from repeating. You can also remove cookies using your browser controls.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal data. No website, transmission, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. If you suspect a privacy or security issue, contact michal@wdnn.com.

Children

This agency website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly request personal data from children through its forms.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the website, providers, or legal requirements. We will update the date above when we do.
