Find new customers.

Keep the onesyou already paid for.

Most brands ship a welcome and an abandoned-cart email, then go quiet after order 1 until a we-miss-you blast. WDNN builds the missing 12 flows inside the tools you already run. You own all of it.

Why WDNN

Your ads get a daily budget. Your buyers get 2 automated emails. We build the 12 flows that earn the second order.

Acquisition gets a team, a budget, and a dashboard someone checks every morning. Post-purchase gets a welcome flow, an abandoned cart flow, and nothing else. Reviews, subscriptions, and support data sit in tools that never talk to each other.

WDNN works inside the stack you already pay for: Klaviyo, Recharge, Yotpo, Gorgias. We map the lifecycle, build the 12 flows and the loyalty mechanics, connect the customer data, then hand your team a document it can run without us.

A quick note from Michal

Over the last 3 years I have opened 20 store email accounts, most of them Klaviyo. The pattern repeats. A solid welcome email. A working abandoned cart flow. Then nothing. Someone buys, the account goes quiet, and weeks later one "we miss you" blast lands on everyone at once, whether they bought last month or last year.

I understand why it stops there. Welcome and abandoned cart are the 2 flows every guide covers, and Klaviyo can stand them up in an afternoon. The other 10 need segments built on what someone bought, when they bought it, and how often they reorder. That takes clean data and a plan, and most teams are already stretched thin running the store.

The second order is where the economics turn. You already paid to win that customer, and every repeat purchase after that arrives without new ad spend. I will not promise you a revenue number. Nobody honest can. What I can do is walk you through the work behind Starface, Ugly Drinks, and KNC Beauty, build the same system inside your own account, and hand it over documented.

Open your Klaviyo flows tab and count what runs.

  • The flows list stops at welcome and abandoned cart. Neither has been edited since the day it went live.
  • 1 winback email fires at day 90 for every customer, no matter what they bought, how much they spent, or how often they normally reorder.
  • Campaigns go to the whole list because nobody trusts the segments, so a discount code ends up doing the work your data should do.

What We Do

How We Work

From diagnosis to handoff, priced in writing first.

Nothing starts until you have the workstreams, the milestones, and the price in writing. Nothing ends until your team owns everything we built.

01

Request and fit review

You share the store, the stack, and your top priority. We review the fit and tell you if the work is worth doing.

02

Scope, priced in writing

Workstreams, deliverables, dependencies, and milestones, with the price attached. You approve the document before anyone logs in.

03

Build and launch

We design, write, and build inside your accounts. Every flow, segment, and report gets QA tested before a customer ever sees it.

04

Handoff and ownership

Documentation for every flow, segment, and report. The system lives in your account and keeps running after we leave.

Your stack

No new logins. We build inside these 7 tools.

Objections

The hard questions before you hire.

Share your stack, your order volume, and the gap after order 1. WDNN reviews fit before any conversation gets booked.

Welcome, abandoned cart, that's it. We will get you to order 2.

Send the store URL and your current Klaviyo setup. WDNN reviews the request for fit. If it fits, you get a written proposal with workstreams, dates, and price.
